2018 Vehicle Donation to Female Veteran

During Warm Full Safe 2018 NVHS came across a disabled female veteran named Brittany McCollum who is living at Aspire Health Partners Transitional Housing, in Cocoa, FL . We learned she has two young children and is attending college to strengthen her families future, but although her mom had let her use her vehicle from time to time it wasn't always available. 7th Annual Bicycle Bar Tour for Homeless Veterans 2018

  Sat, Nov. 10, 2018 A leisurely ride from Port Canaveral to Sandbar in Cocoa Beach and back on improved bike paths and sidewalks.   50/50 Drawing to benefit area Homeless Veterans. August 2018 NVHS Search & Rescue Street Outreach Event

On August 18th NVHS held a Search & Rescue Street Outreach Event in South Brevard to locate homeless veterans. This event was generously hosted by American Legion Post 81 in Melbourne and with help from volunteers we were able to identify several new veteran camps and distribute supplies to Brevard County homeless veterans and individuals.
