NVHS 10 Year Anniversary!!

March 2018 NVHS hit it's 10 Year Anniversary!! We have accomplished so much over these past 10 years, and are happy to share those accomplishments with you in a 10 Year Anniversary letter from our President George Taylor Sr. We are so grateful for our tireless volunteers and generous donors and supporters. Getting Results Award winner helps veterans in need Nonprofit aids homeless, low-income veterans find support By Paul Giorgio - Producer Taylor and a group of volunteers have been helping veterans find permanent housing in Brevard County since 2008. WFS 2017

Last year during our Warm Full Safe Christmas Event we brought 19 veterans into a hotel for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, where they received hot meals, lots of holiday goodies, survival supplies and opportunities to apply for benefits. Of those veterans 7 were homeless living in the woods and 5 were homeless women veterans. NVHS was also able to spend about $28,000 on helping needy veterans and their families for Christmas. Valentines Day 2018-NVHS Receives Support From Students!

On Valentines Day 2108, Pineapple Cove Classical Academy hosted another successful "Valentines for Vets" event, for Brevard County homeless Veterans!  Students collected non perishable food items, nutritional supplement drinks, and hygiene supplies. They even made valentine cards for our veterans!  All the supplies were then packed by the students to support NVHS Search and Rescue Street Outreach.
