Our Programs & Impact
Search & Rescue
Our Search & Rescue program supports two critical groups:
- Unsheltered Veterans living on the streets
- At-Risk Veterans facing imminent homelessness
Our outreach teams locate and assist unsheltered veterans with food, outdoor gear, survival supplies, and transportation. We connect clients with VA, housing providers, and benefits specialists to help them transition to permanent housing.
We help prevent homelessness by offering case management, financial education, landlord mediation, and emergency assistance for rent or utilities.
Transitional Housing
Our Transitional Housing program provides a stable, temporary home for veterans and their families who are homeless or at serious risk of becoming homeless. This program is more than just a place to stay; it’s a launchpad toward lasting independence.
Services include:
- Personalized case management
- Mental health and emotional counseling resources
- Resource referrals and benefit assistance
We currently operate four properties in Brevard County, offering a total of 17 transitional beds.
Post Traumatic Stress Awareness (PTSA)
Our PTSA program raises awareness about Post-Traumatic Stress while helping veterans manage stress through creativity, connection, and community education.
We combat stigma and support healing through:
- Creative Therapy Events: Arts, crafts, outdoor outings, and group activities to support emotional wellness
- Public Education: Articles, videos, and social media content designed to inform the public and connect veterans to help
