HELP US END VETERAN HOMELESSNESS ALL YEAR LONG

As the holiday season approaches, we often find ourselves reflecting on the love and comfort in our lives. For many, it’s a time of joy, celebration, and togetherness. However, for countless veterans in Florida, this season can also shine a light on the harsh realities they face—homelessness and the looming threat of losing their homes. These brave men and women, who have selflessly served our country, often find themselves without the basic comforts and security that many of us take for granted.

Gift of a Home

At NVHS, we recognize that every day is a chance to make a real difference in the lives of these veterans. Join us in our commitment to this vital cause, not just during the holidays, but year-round. Together, we can ensure every veteran can feel warm, full, and safe all year long.

Warm Full Safe Supports Veterans in Need

We deeply care for our veterans and their families, which is why our Warm, Full, Safe program supports them in maintaining their homes or finding new ones. Every veteran deserves a safe and comfortable place to live, not just during the holidays but throughout the entire year.

The challenges of securing stable housing can be overwhelming. Through our street outreach, we actively seek out and assist homeless veterans, working to prevent homelessness among those at risk. Our support extends to helping with rent, utilities, deposits, and other housing costs.

Your holiday donations can make a significant impact by providing essential resources that help veterans year-round. Together, we can create a safe and welcoming home for our veterans, ensuring they receive the support they need beyond the holiday season.
